As a Graduate Student (Spring 2021): Finished 3-2 in singles play with all three wins coming from the No. 3 slot... Posted a dominant 4-1 record as a No. 1 doubles team with partner Najah Dawson.
As a Senior (2019-20): Finished 12-13 in singles play (7-7 in spring) ... Won four of her seven singles matches in the No. 3 slot … Won three of her singles matches in the No. 2 slot … Was dominant in doubles play, partnering with Najah Dawson on the No. 2 court, finishing 11-5.
Spring 2019: Completed the season with a 10-6 record in singles play … Played 13 of her 16 matches in the No. 3 position and claimed eight of her 10 victories in that spot … Clinched a victory for St. John’s over Butler with a three-set win, 6-0, 4-6, 6-2 (Mar. 21).
Fall 2018: Earned a spot in the Singles D Draw finals at the West Point Invitational, winning four matches over competitors from Bryant, Fairfield, Marist, and Army in route to clinching a spot in the bracket final … Claimed two victories in the qualifying round of the ITA Northeast Regionals and finished 1-1 in the main singles draw at the ITA Northeast Regional (Oct. 16).
Before St. Johns: Garibal was a member of the 2017 and 2018 NJCAA D1 National Championship squads at Tyler Junior College in Waco, Texas.
