Lucy Gillett, who grew up on Long Island after living in England during her childhood, began her collegiate career at Hofstra. After playing two seasons for the Pride, Gillett transferred to Springfield College where she helped her team to back-to-back NCAA tournament appearances. Over her time at Springfield, Gillett started in a combined 37 matches, making 109 saves while recording 12 shutouts over two seasons. Following her collegiate tenure, Gillett played professionally in England for Watford, Brighton, Hove Albion and Crystal Palace.
