At Schurr: Four-year letterwinner where she served as senior captain her senior year... named First Team All-League following her junior and senior season... crowned the team's MVP during her senior campaign... led her high school team to the league championship title in 2010... also a four-year member of the Track & Field team where she was named First Team All-League and the Female Athlete of the Year in 2013 as well as the Most Valuable Runner in 2011 and 2013... ran four years on the cross country team where she was named team captain in 2010 and was crowned a two-time First Team All-League selection... also played three years for the CZ Elite Soccer Club where she helped lead her team to the Surf Cup semifinals.
Off the Pitch:Sarah Elizabeth Chaides... daughter of Joe and Susan Chaides... has two brothers, John (17) and Joe (23)... performed for seven years in musical theater... wants to become a pediatrician specializing in sports medicine... favorite athlete is Peyton Manning... majoring in sport management... a member of the St. John's University President's Society, the most prestigious honor society at the institution.
