As A Sophomore In 2005: Started 15 games as a defender for the Red Storm ... played complete games in all but one of those contests ... had two shots on the year, one on goal ...came back from a mid-year injury to consistently anchor the St. John[apos]s defense.
As A Freshman In 2004: Played for the Irish National Team in the World Cup Qualifying rounds during the summer of 2005 ... joined the team late during the 2004 season ... scored her first collegiate goal in her St. John[apos]s debut, knocking in a header just moments after checking in vs. Wagner (Sept. 12) ... tallied the game-winning goal in St. John[apos]s must-win game at Providence (Oct. 24) ... that goal catapulted the Red Storm to its fourth-straight BIG EAST Tournament appearance.
Before St. John[apos]s: Named to Ireland[apos]s Full National Team in 2004 ... was a member of the Irish Under-17 Olympic Squad where she competed in Olympic qualifying rounds in Paris, France, in 2003 ... played club soccer for the St. James Gate Senior women[apos]s team ... was named St. James[apos] 2002 Player of the Year.
