- After making the first basket of the game, Monique McLean became the 16th player in St. John's women's basketball history to tally 1,000 points. The junior ended the night with 16 points, her 21st double-digit scoring effort of the season.
- Sophomore Recee Mitchell scored a career high 16 points and came just one rebound shy of a double-double with nine boards in the game.
- With 11 rebounds, Joy McCorvey tied her season high and recorded her fourth double-digit rebounding effort of the season.
- Kelly McManmon drained two 3-pointers and has a shot hit from beyond the arc in each of the last 18 games.
- In 14 games that the Red Storm has scored 70 points or more, the team has a record of 11-3.
- St. John's took a 36-24 lead into the half. The Red Storm has a 13-2 record when leading after one half of play.
- The Red Storm pulled down 50 rebounds, the second highest total of the season. St. John's had 51 boards against Army on Nov. 13.
