St. John's Takes Fourth At BIG EAST Golf Championships

Batavia, Ohio. - The St. John's women's golf team, 69-over, 933, continued its great play on the final day of the BIG EAST Championship to take fourth place. The Red Storm was paced by senior Brittany Lambertson and sophomore Renee Cloutier who both finished in the top 10.
St. John's fired final round scores of 73, 80, 81, 82 and 86 to hold onto the fourth overall spot after moving up from fifth on day two.
Lambertson once again paced the Red Storm, finishing a wonderful campaign for St. John's. The senior finished in a tie for sixth overall with a 12-over, 228.
Cloutier had a great final round, carding a 73 to move into a tie for 10th place. The sophomore finished with a 15-over, 231.
Sophomores Ashley Szewczuk and Lois Kim finished in a tie for 22nd overall. Both golfers carded a 21-over, 237.
Head coach Ambry Bishop and the Red Storm now head back to Queens after another successful season for the St. John's women's golf team.
