Head Coach Amy Kvilhaug To Host Fall Softball Clinics

QUEENS, N.Y. - St. John's softball head coach Amy Kvilhaug, along with assistant coaches Laura Taylor and Andy Russo, will host fall hitting and pitching clinics. The hitting clinic will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 14 and pitching will begin at 1:30 p.m. the same day.
The hitting clinic is focuses on improving general batting skills as well as creating a competitive and fundamentally sound player. During the pitching clinic, the attendees will be educated about the fundamentals of solid pitching and taught several different pitches. The coaches on hand will provide drills to take home for continued improvement.
Players should bring their own cleats, sneakers, bats and gloves. Please note that lunch will not be served in between sessions
Each clinic will be two hours long and will take place at Red Storm Field in Queens, N.Y. Each session is $85, which must be paid in full. Checks can be made out to Amy Kvilhaug. Players must register by Sept. 9.
