NEW HAVEN, Conn.- In its second-consecutive match against a nationally ranked opponent, the St. John's women's tennis team fell to No. 53 Yale, 7-0, in New Haven, Conn. on Sunday afternoon. The Red Storm moves to 5-6 overall on the season with the loss.

Senior Yanita Arnaudova, who owns a 6-3 record at fifth singles this season, was bumped up to the No. 2 slot for the match against the Bulldogs where she fell 6-2, 6-4. Senior Diamond Adams attempted to made a comeback in the second set of her match at the fourth singles where she forced a tiebreak before Yale's Sherry Li pulled away for the win.
