Bullpen Winter Banquet Postponed

QUEENS, N.Y. – Due to a significant rise in the number of COVID-19 cases nationwide, the St. John's Baseball program has postponed its Bullpen Winter Banquet to May 14.

Originally slated to be held on Jan. 21, the event will now be held inside the D'Angelo Center following the Red Storm's Saturday BIG EAST game against Georgetown at Jack Kaiser Stadium.

The Red Storm will begin its 2022 campaign, its third under the direction of Head Coach Mike Hampton, on Feb. 18 in Wilmington, N.C. The Red Storm is slated to make its New York debut on March 9 against Hofstra at Jack Kaiser Stadium.

St. John's has won more BIG EAST Tournament Championship (9) and BIG EAST Regular Season titles (9) than any other program in the history of the conference. The Johnnies have appeared in 37 NCAA Tournaments, good enough for the 10^th highest total in nation, and advanced to six College World Series.
