St. John’s Concludes Run at Lady Blue Hen Invitational

Red Storm takes 11th place at two-day tournament
REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – The St. John's women's golf team completed its run at the Lady Blue Hen Invitational, finishing in 11th place at the two-day event.
The Red Storm posted a 311 during the final round at Rehoboth Beach Country Club to finish the event with a 933. Dartmouth took home the team title, carding a 291 on the final day to finish with a 16-over par, 880.
Cloe Clocchiatti paced the Johnnie squad as the Padua, Italy native carded a 2-over, 74 during her final 18 holes to finish tied for 27th place. Clocchiatti tallied a 229 at the 54-hole event. Jessie Kweon tied for 42nd place as the graduate student recorded an 83 on the final day for a 233 at the tournament.
Angelica Kusnowo tied for 51st place, posting a 76 during her final round for a 54-hole total of 236. Following closely behind was Karen Beglin, whose 78 during her final 18 holes put the sophomore in 58th place with a two-day total of 240. Rounding out the Red Storm squad was Jill Beglin as the Carson City, Nev., native carded a 245 for the tournament to tie for 63rd place.
Individually, Laia Barro finished tied for 55th place, signing off on an 81 for her final round to post a 237 at the event.
St. John's continues fall play at the Lehigh Invitational from Oct. 24-25.
