Softball Sets Date for Red Storm Winter Clinic

St. John’s two months away from opening the 2023 season
QUEENS, N.Y. (Dec. 7, 2022) – The St. John's softball team will host its annual winter clinic for softball players in grades 9 through 12.
Coach Guerriero, current staff and players will instruct all participants on the skills necessary to play softball at the highest Division I level.
While having the opportunity to enhance their defensive skills, participants will go through a hitting circuit and have the opportunity to face live pitching from other campers alongside several St. John's current athletes.
Additionally, aspiring collegiate pitchers will have the opportunity to spend time improving their fundamentals and further their growth with instruction from softball staff and current players.
The clinic will be held on Saturday, January 28th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a fee of $180. This year's clinic will feature one single session focused on all aspects of the game.
The camp will be held in Carnesecca Arena, a makeup date of the January 29th has been announced if necessary. Check-in will occur on the day of the camp, January 28th, at 8:30 a.m. For more information and to register online, visit https://info.collegesoftballcamps.com/sjusoftball/.
