QUEENS, N.Y. (Sept. 27, 2023) – On the back of double-doubles from Lucrezia Lodi and Erin Jones, the St. John's volleyball team took Seton Hall in four sets, 3-1, on Wednesday evening in Carnesecca Arena.
The Johnnies (11-4, 3-0 BIG EAST) are now a perfect 3-0 to start BIG EAST play for the first time since 2012, when they took down Georgetown, Villanova and UConn.
"Tremendous come from behind win tonight against a well coached formidable Big East Rival," said Head Coach Joanne Persico. "We had solid contributions in all six volleyball statistical areas through the match. I thought our team spirit and fight was impressive throughout the match."

St. John's ran out to an 11-6 lead to start set three, benefiting from four combined kills from Stambrowska Lodi, Walther and Jones.
