St. John’s Concludes Fall Season at the Lady Blue Hen Invitational

Red Storm will be back in action in February
REHOBOTH BEACH, Del.– The St. John's women's golf team concluded its fall season on Sunday afternoon at the final round of the Lady Blue Hen Invitational.
The Red Storm finished in ninth place at its final tournament of the fall turning in a 54-over, 918, over three rounds at Rehoboth Beach Country Club in Delaware. In the third round on Sunday, the Johnnies carded a team score of 20-over, 308.
Lily Huynh tallied the best finish of her young collegiate career on the heels of the low round of the weekend firing an even par, 72, to open the tournament on Saturday morning. The Chatsworth, Calif., native finished the tournament with a 10-over, 226, to pace the squad in 21st place.
A trio of Red Storm golfers- Amy Kim, Cathilyn Lee and Kelly Wu all tied for 29th place after registering a 14-over, 230, over 54 holes. Wu and Kim both carded a 4-over, 76, on Sunday.
Sunday's competition marks the final tournament of the fall for the St. John's women's golf program. The squad will be back in action in 2025 when it competes in the Babs Steffens Invitational in DeBary, Fla, on Feb. 24-25.
