St. John’s to Face Seton Hall at Saint Andrew’s Golf Club

Xuan Khue Minh Doan has led the team in all eight events
QUEENS, N.Y.– St. John's will compete in the Empire State for the first and only time on Saturday when it welcomes BIG EAST foe Seton Hall for the Battle of the Bridges on Saturday.
The two squads will face off in a one-round stroke play competition at Saint Andrew's Golf Club in Hastings-on-Hudson, N.Y. Tee time is set for 2 p.m.
The Red Storm line-up will feature- Xuan Khue Minh Doan, Kelly Wu, Cloe Clocchiatti, Angelica Kusnowo, Amy Kim and Karen Beglin. Laia Barro will compete as an individual.
The Red Storm competed last weekend at the Rutgers Invitational and tallied a sixth place finish. St. John's progressed with each round and shot a tournament-low 20-over in the third round. For the eighth time in as many events, Minh Doan led the squad tying for a 16th place finish. The sophomore was one of four players to finish inside the top-30 and was joined by teammates Wu (T-23rd), Clocchiatti (T-30th), and Kusnowo (T-30th)
Saturday marks the final tune-up for the Johnnies before heading to the BIG EAST Championships. The conference tournament will be held at Calawassie Club in Okatie, S.C. on April 20-22.
