St. John’s Softball Reveals 2024 Fall Slate

The Johnnies will play eight games beginning on Sept. 14
QUEENS, N.Y. – St. John's Softball Head Coach Michelle DePolo announced the program's eight-game fall schedule on Wednesday.
The Johnnies will host three games in Queens before playing the final five contests on the road or at neutral sites.
The fall season will kick off on Sept. 14 when St. John's welcomes a pair of Division II squads for a doubleheader. First pitch against Caldwell is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. before a showdown with neighboring Queens College will begin at 3 p.m.
A couple of weeks later, Stony Brook will travel to Red Storm Field for an extended 10-inning game beginning at noon on Sept. 28.
On Oct. 5, the Johnnies will hit the road for a doubleheader at Hofstra. The Pride and the Red Storm are set to square off at 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
St. John's will cross the state line the following day and head to the Garden State for a doubleheader with Monmouth and Rutgers at Branch Brook Park in Newark, N.J. The Johnnies will battle with the Hawks at 9:30 a.m. before taking on the Scarlet Knights at 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 6.
The fall season will conclude on Oct. 13 at 11 a.m. with another showdown against Rutgers at their softball complex in Piscataway, N.J.
DePolo enters her second year at the helm of the St. John's softball program. In 2024, the Red Storm tallied its third-highest win total in program history with 31 victories, including two triumphs in the BIG EAST Tournament. The 2025 squad will feature returning unanimous All-BIG EAST First Team selection London Jarrard along with second-team conference honorees in Ana Serafinko and Jess Bianco.
