The Red Storm shot a 3-over in Sunday’s second round
OKATIE, S.C. – The St. John's men's golf finished out another day of competition at the 2025 BIG EAST Championships presented by JEEP on Sunday.
The Red Storm improved its team score by 10 strokes on day two shooting a 3-over, 291, at Callawassie Island Golf Club in Okatie S.C. The Johnnies remain in 10th place with a cumulative mark of 16-over, 592.
Peicheng Chen led the charge in Sunday's second round logging a 1-under, 71, tallying a team-high four birdies. Through 36 holes, the senior sits at 2-over, 146, moving 15 spots up the individual leaderboard to tie for 16th place.
Junior David Mlynek strung together a solid round at the conference tournament carding an even par, 72. The Prague, Czech Republic native matched Chen with a team-high four birdies and sits 23rd in the standings at 3-over, 147.
The Johnnies will tee off for the final round on Monday morning beginning at 8 a.m. Live scoring will be available on SCOREBOARDand a livestream will be available on GolfKast TV.
