As A Junior (2011): Ran a season-best 6K time of 26:04 in her first meet with the Red Storm at the Leeber Invitational (Sept. 24) ... posted her best 5K mark at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 7) by running a 24:24.
Before St. John[apos]s: Ran cross country and track & field two years at Sullivan County Community College ... lettered in cross country and track & field at Monticello High School (N.Y.), graduating in 2009 ... recorded personal best times of 19:51 in the 5K, 11:13 in the 3000-meter run and 5:14 in the 1500-meter run in 2007 ... was awarded the Student/Athlete Chancellor[apos]s Award ... named athlete of the year at Sullivan Country Community College in 2010 ... recognized as the 2010-11 Mid-Hudson Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year ... was named Honorable Mention All-American in Women[apos]s Track & Field for the 10000-meter and 5000-meter runs.
