As A Sophomore (2008-09): Finished with a time of 18:20.01 in the 4K STJ Fall Festival (Oct. 19).
As A Freshman (2007-08): Did not run cross country.
Before St. John's: Served as the track & field captain (2007) and co-captain (2004-06) earning three varsity letters at Hempstead High School ... was a seven-time All-American and six-time Federation and New York state champion ... qualified for the New York State Championships indoor 300-meter dash (2004) and 4x400-meter relay (2004), the outdoor 200-meter dash, the 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relays (2005) and the 4x100-meter relay (2006) ... at the 2005 Nationals she earned All-America honors in both the outdoor and indoor 400-meter relays, the 200-meter relay and the sprint medley relay ... also a member of the Championships of America 4x400-meter relay ... at the 2006 Nationals she qualified as an All-American in the indoor 4x200-meter relay, the outdoor 4x100-meter relay and the Championships of America 4x100-meter relay team ... was Hempstead's salutatorian ... earned numerous academic awards including, national honor roll, athletic participation award by JROTC (2006) and the Triple "C" Award for Outstanding Leadership, Character and Commitment to Community and Others ... was a member of Athletes Helping Athletes (2003-2005), the Green Project, Teachers for Tomorrow and the honor society.
