As A Junior: Achieved career-best times in three of her last four races ... finished top three on the team in every race of the season ... posted a time of 14:29.54 at the 4K STJ Fall Festival (Oct. 17) ... earned her best 6K time at the NCAA Northeast Regionals (Nov. 13) with a 23:14 ... ended the season with an impressive 5K performance of 19:08 at the ECAC Championships (Nov. 20).
As A Sophomore (2009-10): Was top finisher for STJ in three different meets, including the NCAA Regionals (Nov. 14), BIG EAST Championships (Oct. 31) and the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 9) where she ran her top 5K time of the season in 19:54 ... time of 24:52 at the BIG EAST was her top 6K time of the season ... finished second on the team at the 4K STJ Fall Festival with a time of 16:07.
As A Freshman (2008-09): Finished in the top three spots on the squad in all three distances, 4K, 5K and 6K ... led the team with a season-best time of 19:20.0 at the 5K National Catholic Meet (Sept. 19) ... placed 113th overall and first on the team at the 6K NCAA East Regionals (Nov. 15) with a season-best time of 23:52.3, besting her time of 24:03 from the BIG EAST Championships (Oct. 31).
Before St. John[apos]s: Lettered four years in cross country and three years in track & field at LaSalle Academy ... was a three-time all-state cross country honoree (2004-2007) ... earned cross country All-America honors at the 2005 Junior Olympics ... named to the All-New England Cross Country First Team in 2005 and Second Team All-New England in 2004 ... was the 2006 state champion in the indoor 1,500-meter run ... was named second-team all-state in the 1,000-meter run and third-team all-state in the 1,500-meter run in 2007-08 ... was a member of LaSalle[apos]s 2007 All-American indoor distance medley relay teams ... earned first-team all-state honors as a member of the 2008 outdoor 4x800-meter relay team ... earned All-America accolades at the 2008 Outdoor Nike National Championships in the distance medley relays ... part of the distance medley relay that set the state championship record (2007) and the 4x800-meter relay team that set the state championship record (2008) ... part of the concert band and marching band at LaSalle ... was the school paper[apos]s sports editor ... also a member of the Centennial Striders Running Club.
