As A Junior (2008-09): Cross Country - ran a season-best 5K time of 20:42 at the National Catholic Championships (Sept. 19) ... second fastest time of 20:53.80 at Fairfield[apos]s Leeber Invite (Sept. 27) ... also ran the 5K in 21:01 at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 10)... Outdoor - finished fourth in the 10,000-meter run at the Metropolitan Championships (April 18) with a time of 42:43.55 ... placed eighth in the 800-meter run at the Monday Meeting (April 13) with a time of 2:49.11.
As A Sophomore (2007-08): Cross Country - ran career-best times of 15:48, 20:32 and 22:07 in the 4K, 5K and 6K at the STJ Fall Festival (Oct. 14), the National Catholic Championships (Sept. 14) and Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 5) ... was the third Red Storm runner to cross the tape at the BIG EAST Championships (Oct. 28), finishing 96th with a time of 24:38.15 (6K) ... finished fourth for St. John[apos]s at the NCAA Regional 6K with a time of 24:59.10 ... Indoor - ran the 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter races at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 1), finishing 15th in both ... Outdoor - finished sixth in the 10,000-meter run at the Metropolitan Championships (April 19) with a time of 48:18.79.
As A Freshman (2006-07): Cross Country - fifth St. John[apos]s runner to cross the tape at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 6) for her season-best 5K time of 20:46 ... finished fourth for the Red Storm at the ECAC Championships (Nov. 18) ... ran her top time in the 6K at the George Mason Invitational (Sept. 30), with a time of 24:55.33 ... clocked in at 27:17.1 at the NCAA Regional Championships (Nov. 11) ... Outdoor - competed in the 1,500-meter run at Monday Meeting I (Apr. 2).
Before St. John[apos]s: Captured third place in the regional meet in cross country her senior season at Jamestown Area High School ... received team MVP award as a junior and senior ... qualified to compete in the state cross country championships as a junior ... personal-best time in the 5K was 20:30.0 ... won the Reames Memorial Award, given to the most outstanding senior track athlete ... set school record in the 3,200-meter run, crossing the line in 12:19.0 as a senior ... ran the mile in 5:55.
