As A Senior (2010): Competed in every race for the Red Storm during the 2010 season ... ran a season-best 4K time of 16:44.88 at the STJ Fall Festival (Oct. 17) ... clocked in at 27:42 at the NCAA Northeast Regionals (Nov. 13) for a season-best 6K time ... concluded her St. John's career with her best 5K time of the year at the ECAC Championships (Nov. 20).

As A Junior (2009): Set a career-best time of 21:25 in the 5K ECAC Championships (Nov. 21) ... notched a season-best time of 25:52 at the 6K distance came at the Paul Short Invite (Oct. 2).

As A Sophomore (2008): Career-best time of 16:25.84 in 4K STJ Fall Festival (Oct. 19) ... set a season-best time of 22:22 at the 5K ECAC Championships (Nov. 24).

As A Freshman (2007): Season-best times of 17:04.0, 22:10.0 and 25:13.0 in the 4K, 5K and 6K, respectively ... finished in the first 150 at the ECAC Championships (Sept. 17).

Before St. John[apos]s: Lettered and captained both cross country and track & field at the Mary Louis Academy ... member of the 2006-07 MVP relay team ... ran on the 2007, 4x400-meter relay sectional championship team ... named the 2005-06 and 2004-05 'outstanding runner' in track and part of the 'outstanding 4x400-meter relay team' (2006), and the 'outstanding 4x800-meter relay team' ... earned the 2003-04 cross country rookie award ... team was the 2004 NYC Mayors Cup Cross Country Champions ... named most improved mid-distance runner for indoor and outdoor track (2003-04) and most-improved runner for indoor track (2006-07).

Personal: Daughter of Mary-Anna Schwarz and Gerard Schaefer ... has a brother, John (17) who attends St. John[apos]s and a sister, Mary Rose (8) ... has four uncles who attended St. John[apos]s, Fr.
