As A Senior (2010): Placed top five on the team in every meet of the season ... finished 11th overall with a time of 15:53 at the 4K Venetian Cup (Sept. 4) ... earned a 10th place finish at the 5K C.W. Post Invite (Sept. 18) by running a 19:58.23 ... ran a 23:37 at the Paul Short Invite (Oct. 1) for her best 6K time of the season ... recorded a season-best 4K time of 14:43.38 at the STJ Fall Festival (Oct. 17) ... completed her Red Storm tenure with a career-best 5K time of 19:28 at the ECAC Championships (Nov. 20).
As A Junior (2009): Consistent top five finisher in every meet ... placed first on the team and fourth overall at the 4K STJ Fall Festival (Oct. 18) with a time of 16:00 ... ran a season-best 5K time at the Hofstra Invitational (Sept. 5), finishing second with a time of 20:08 ... completed her best 6K performance at the Paul Short Invite (Oct. 2), placing fourth on the team with a time of 24:13.
As A Sophomore (2008): Finished in the top five on the team in every distance, 4K, 5K and 6K ... set a new career-best time by finishing second on the team at the 5K National Catholic meet with a time of 19:44.0 ... finished 20th overall at the 5K Metropolitan Championships with a time of 19:58.0 ... marked a season-best 6K time of 24:09 at the BIG EAST Championships (Oct. 31).
As A Freshman (2007): Was the first Red Storm runner to cross the tape at the National Catholic Invitational (Sept. 14) with a season-best 5K time of 19:46 ... had the second fastest 4K, 5K and 6K times on the team ... crossed the tape sixth at the STJ Fall Festival (Oct. 14) for a season-best 4K time of 14:08 ... finished 39th at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 7) with a time of 20:52 ... ran her best 6K time of 23:35 at the BIG EAST Championships (Oct. 28) ... finished in the top 50 at the the Cross Country Junior Nationals (Feb. 16).
Before St. John[apos]s: Lettered four years in cross country, track and dance team at Tomahawk High School ... was the No. 1 point-scorer for cross country ... named the 2005 and 2006 cross country MVP and 2003 Rookie of the Year ... was the cross country and track captain ... earned the 2004 coach[apos]s award ... part of the 2004 Wisconsin State Cross Country Championship team and two-time state championship runner up team (2005-06) ... part of the cross country and track all-State academic team (2003-07) ... was a four-time all-conference honoree in both track and cross country, and was the Tomahawk Cross Country Runner of the Year in 2005 and 2006 .... placed third at the 2006 and 2007 state championships and sixth at the 2004 and 2005 state championships in the 800-meters ... member of the 4x800-meter relay team that finished in the top six of the state championships four consecutive seasons.
