As a Freshman (2022): Posted a 13-4 singles record in dual matches... Finished with a 9-4 mark in doubles play, mainly partnered with Carl Gustavsson... Won five of six matches down the stretch, mainly in the no. 5 position... Coralled straight set singles win during the BIG EAST Quarterfinal and Semifinal (Apr. 22-23)
Prior to St. John's: Earned a national ranking as high as No. 5 in Romania... Was a member of the Romanian national team for two years... Compiled 34 victories on the ITF junior circuit from 2017-20, including 17 wins in 2019...In ITF competition, he twice qualified for the finals and earned a spot in the semifinals three times
