As A Sophomore (2008-09): Cross Country - ran the 5K at the Hofstra Invite (Sept. 6) with a 24th-place finish of 23:31.16.
As A Freshman (2007-08): Cross Country - ran season-best times of 16:11.0, 21:27.0 and 23:44.0, in the 4K, 5K and 6K, respectively ... finished in the top 100 at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 5) ... competed at the NCAA Regionals (Nov. 11), finishing sixth for St. John[apos]s with a time of 25:55.90 ... Outdoor - finished third in the 1,500-meter run at the STJ Monday Meeting II (April 12), clocking in at 5:40.45.
Before St. John[apos]s: Lettered in both winter and spring track and cross country for St. John the Baptist ... earned the all-league award for both cross country and spring track ... member of the 2005 and 2006 league championship cross country team and 2007 league championship spring track team.
