Red Storm Competes at 2005 BU St. Valentine Invitational

Queens, NY (February 11, 2005) - The St. John's University women's track and field team competed at the first day of the 2005 Boston University St. Valentine Invitational Friday night.
Graduate Student Kerrian Stewart placed third in the preliminaries of the 55m dash with a time of 7.15. LaToya Wilmot (7.58), Vanessa Sessa (7.70) and Jennifer Lewis (7.77) also placed well in the event for the Red Storm.
Dominique Eason and Grace Zollman led the Red Storm throwing unit in the weight throw with distances of 14.59 and 12.95, respectively.
The Red Storm returns to action tomorrow, February 12, 2005 to compete in the final day of the BU St. Valentine Invitational.
