- St. John's improved to 6-1 at home this year.
- The Red Storm held the University of South Florida to just 51 points. This marks the ninth time this season that St. John's has held the opposition to less than 60 points and the team is 8-1 in those contests.
- The Red Storm forced 15 turnovers and converted those turnovers into 19 points.
- Centhya Hart grabbed a career high 18 rebounds. The 18 rebounds puts Hart into a tie for sixth place in the all-time single game record books. It is also the most rebounds by a Red Storm player since Jan. 23, 1991.
- Tiina Sten tied a career high with four blocks in the game. Sten is now in seventh place in the all-time record books with 79 career blocks.
- Sky Lindsay scored 14 points to reach double-figures for the third straight game and ninth time this season.
- Monique McLean tallied 19 points to post her fifth straight double-figure performance. McLean has reached double-figures in 13 games this year.
- Kia Wright continued to add to her career points total with 12 points in the game. The senior now has 1,317 carer points.
- Kelly McManmon connected on two 3-pointers and has now made at least two 3-pointers in six games this season.
- Joy McCorvey grabbed ten rebounds in the game and has three games this season with at least ten boards.
