Opening Statement:
"We just didn't have an answer today for the inside game in the first half. I thought that wore us down because we didn't take advantage when Angel McCoughtry was out of the game. When she came back during the second half, she really hurt us. We couldn't score in the second half. We just need to put two halves together to get a win in this league."
On where they lost the game :
"In the first half we gave up 51 points but I thought we did a great job and I thought Kia gave her most aggressive effort from the offensive end. That made the difference in the first half. She really impacted the game on the defensive end in the second half as well. I knew she would have an offensive impact. Offensively we didn't hurt them as much because we lost our rhythm. We didn't stop them either half."
On matching up against Angel McCoughtry :
"She's a difficult match up for anyone. I told my players that we needed to make adjustments and we didn't make the right adjustments. I thought we should have ran somebody at her or have somebody in front her. I told them that we made the same mistakes three times in a row. We came down the court and defended her the same way. Let's try to make some changes or let's double her form the weak side. But Louisville did a great job in spreading the floor which prevented us from defending her."

"Our effort. We let the game get away. We eventually gave up and stopped playing and it's very frustrating. They got so many easy points."

"They had a little more effort than us. We just weren't making our shots."
