Season-Opening Exhibition Time Moved

QUEENS, N.Y. - St. John's season-opening lacrosse exhibition has moved from noon to 1 p.m on Jan. 30. The Red Storm will travel to Amherst, Mass., on Saturday to take on the University of Massachusetts at Garber Field.

St. John's last faced the Minutemen on April 4, 2009 at Garber with UMass coming away with a 12-6 victory.

This weekend's scrimmage will be the first of two preseason exhibition games for St. John's. The team travels to Lafayette College on Feb. 13 before opening the regular season at home on Feb. 20 against Holy Cross.
