Men's Golf Hosting Open Tryouts

QUEENS, N.Y.- Head Coach Mal Galletta has announced that the St. John's men's golf team will be holding open tryouts for the 2015 spring squad.
St. John's students interested in trying out to become a member of the men's golf team should reach out to Coach Galletta at gallettm@stjohns.edu by no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, March 13. Any student who would like to tryout must have played high school tournament golf and carry no greater than a 4.0 handicap.
For interested candidates, there will be a compliance meeting at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 16 in Room B-03 of Carnesecca Arena.
All student-athletes must be a full-time member of St. John's University, must have medical clearance with their own doctor and fill out the proper paperwork needed for the St. John's Sports Medicine Office, found here.
