In only her second season as a member of the Red Storm, Kim stepped things up in 2014-15, finishing among the Top 10 in eight of her nine performances this year. During the fall season, Kim was able to card a two-under round of 69 in her final round of the Rutgers Invitational to force a tie for first place overall.
Â
This past spring, Kim started of the year with a tie for sixth at the Edwin Watts/Kiawah Island Spring Classic after carding a three-day total of 217 (+1) and only two events later made an impressive surge at the Lady Hoya Invitational.
Â
After a tough first round that landed her a 79, Kim bounced back with a 75 and 76 in the concluding rounds to finish in a three-way tie for first with a 230 (+14) and force a three-hole playoff. With the help of back-to-back clutch putts in the playoff holes, Kim was able to secure her sixth Top-10 finish of the season.
Â
