SJU-TV To Produce Five Lacrosse Games For ESPN3

QUEENS, N.Y. - As part of a production agreement with ESPN, the St. John's University Television Network (SJU-TV) will produce five St. John's lacrosse games this spring that will be carried live to more than 99 million homes on ESPN3.
St. John's will have a total of 29 live games produced by SJU-TV for ESPN3 in the spring season. All but one lacrosse home game is set to be carried on ESPN3 with the final game set for the FOX College Sports channel. The ESPN3 broadcast schedule includes the home-opener against Jacksonville (Feb. 18), games versus Siena (March 5) and Hofstra (March 26), and conference matchups with Marquette (April 9) and Georgetown (April 30).
The Red Storm will also have a pair of games on other networks. The matchup against defending national champion Denver is set for the Altitude Sports and Entertainment network (April 16) and FOX College Sports/FOX Sports Network will produce a BIG EAST home game against Villanova (April 23).
In addition to the five lacrosse games, SJU-TV is set to produce 13 home baseball games and nine home softball games for a total of 29 live spring events.
SJU-TV live-game productions feature four- or five-camera H.D. broadcasts with full graphics integration, instant replay, and both a play-by-play announcer and color analyst to give fans a high-quality viewing experience. ESPN3 is accessible online at WatchESPN.com, on smartphones and tablets via the WatchESPN app and streamed on televisions through Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
