Dates Set for Fall Scrimmages and Intrasquad World Series

Red Storm to host the Swedish National Team, Manhattan and Maryland and The Jack
Entering his 24th season at the helm of the St. John's baseball program in 2019, Ed Blankmeyer has announced his team's upcoming fall schedule.
The Red Storm, the 2018 BIG EAST Baseball Champions, will host three contests against outside competition, beginning with a showdown against the Swedish National Team on Friday, Oct. 12. First pitch is scheduled for 6 p.m.
The Johnnies will then host a pair of collegiate squads on consecutive Saturdays, welcoming Manhattan to The Jack on Oct. 20 before facing off against Maryland on Oct. 27. First pitch for both of those games is scheduled for 12 p.m.
The Intrasquad World Series, the Red Storm's annual three-day event pitting members of the squad against one another, will take place from Nov. 7-11 in Queens. Start times for those games have yet to be determined.
