St. John’s Athletics launches Johnnies United Campaign to support Red Storm student-athletes
QUEENS, N.Y. (Dec. 1, 2020) – In celebration of the holiday season and in keeping with St. John's University's Vincentian tradition, the Red White Club is proud to participate in Giving Tuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back.
The Johnnies United Campaign has been launched in support of student-athletes as part of the University's broader efforts to fundraise on Giving Tuesday. The need for support comes at a time where extensive testing, nutrition, mental health and training costs have risen and created financial challenges. The Johnnies United Campaign will run through the end of December.
All are welcome to join members of the Red Storm community on Tuesday, Dec. 1 by making a gift to St. John's Athletics in support of the University's 350-plus student-athletes Every donation will make an immediate impact on their experience at St. John's.
