St. John’s Women’s Golf Continues Spring Slate with FDU Shootout

The first tee is slated for 10:15 a.m.
The St. John's women's golf team continues its spring slate on Sunday with a trip to Watchung, N.J., for the FDU Shootout.
The one-day 18-hole event will take place at the Watchung Valley Country Club. The teams are slated to tee off at 10:15 a.m. on the par-72, 5,941-yard course.
Graduate student Linda Wang and senior Andrea Sanchez, who led the way for the Red Storm at the Hawk Spring Series on March 8, are slotted as the number one and two golfers. Freshman Angelica Kusnowo and sophomore Cloe Clocchiatti will play in the third and fourth positions. Junior Jessie Kweon rounds out the lineup for the Red Storm.
Sophomores Jill Beglin and Laia Barro will both play as individuals.
The 11-team field will consist of St. John's, FDU, Delaware State, Monmouth, Lehigh, Siena, Fairfield, Rutgers, LIU, Sacred Heart and La Salle.
Results will be posted to RedStormSports.com at the conclusion of the round.
