Limited Spots Remain for Mike Hampton Red Storm Baseball Camps

With the official start of summer now in the rearview mirror, limited spots remain available for Mike Hampton Red Storm Baseball Camps to be held at Jack Kaiser Stadium in July and August.

Hampton, who recently wrapped his second season at the helm of the St. John's baseball program, will host three weeks of youth camp for players ranging in age from six to 14 (incoming ninth graders). Instruction at the youth camp will aim to better a player's basic skills, build team fundamentals and introduce situational awareness for in-game scenarios. Youth camp runs from Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Discounts are available for those who register in groups and those who sign up for more than one week of camp.

In addition, Hampton and his staff will host a pair of high school prospect camps on July 10 and Aug. 7. The prospect camp will feature a pro-style workout and live-game drills that will showcase a player's potential to compete at the next level. Analytics will also be provided using the Red Storm's state-of-the-art Trackman system.
