Johnnies recognized for outstanding performance in the classroom
QUEENS, N.Y. (July 25, 2024) – The St. John's baseball squad has been recognized with the ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award for the 2023-24 academic year, it was announced on Wednesday by the organization.
2024 marks the ninth straight year that the Johnnies have been honored for their outstanding work in the classroom. In order to be recognized, a program must maintain a minimum team GPA of 3.0 for the academic year.
The baseball team turned in a cumulative GPA of 3.46 for the fall and spring semesters.
