Women’s Golf Releases 2024-25 Tournament Schedule

Red Storm will play in 10 events across six states
QUEENS, N.Y. – The St. John's women's golf team released its 2024-25 tournament schedule on Thursday.
Head Coach Ambry Bishop-Santillo's squad will play in nine tournaments and one dual match across six different states. The Red Storm will compete in four fall events and six in the spring culminating with the BIG EAST Championships. Four players are set to return to the Red Storm including All-BIG EAST selection Xuan Khue Minh Doan.
The Johnnies will kick-off the season for the fourth-straight year with a trip to the Princeton Invitational at Springdale Golf Club on Sept. 28-29. St. John's tallied an eighth-place finish at the 54-hole tournament in 2023.
The following weekend, the squad will head to the Capital Region to partake in the first edition of the UAlbany Great Danes Invitational on Oct. 5-6. The tournament will be held at Normanside Country Club in Delmar, N.Y.
On Oct. 19-20, the Johnnies will close out the fall slate in Delaware at the Lady Blue Hen Invitational at Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Minh Doan shot a 1-under, 71, in the final round of last year's event.
St. John's will return to the course on Feb. 24-25, 2025 when it heads to the Babs Steffens Invitational in DeBary, Fla. The three-round event at DeBary Country Club will be hosted by Stetson.
Two weeks later, the Red Storm will return to the Sunshine State on March 8-9 to play in the Northern Kentucky Spring Fling at Sandridge Golf Club in Vero Beach, Fla.
The Johnnies will make their third and final trip to Florida on March 17-18 to participate in the Spring Break Shootout. It will mark the fourth-straight year that the team will play in the tournament at Lake Jovita Golf Club hosted by Western Kentucky.
The squad will head back up north for the Rutgers Invitational on April 5-6. St. John's finished in sixth place in last year's event at Rutgers University Golf Club in Piscataway, N.J.
In its last regular season event, the Red Storm will meet Seton Hall in a dual match scheduled for April 12. The location will be announced at a later date.
The 2025 BIG EAST Women's Golf Championships will return to Riverton Pointe Golf and Country Club in Hardeeville, S.C. on April 19-21. The Red Storm have claimed a fourth-place finish in four of the last five conference tournaments.
