As A Junior (2011-12): Indoor - 400-meters: ran a season-best time of 56.90 second time at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 3) ... 500-meters: registered a BIG EAST qualifying time of 1:17.09 in her first race of the season at the Princeton Quad Meet (Jan. 14) ... qualified for ECACs with a time of 1:15.04 and finished third at the Metropolitan Championships (Jan. 26) ... recognized with All-BIG EAST honors for a seventh-place 1:14.47 finish at the BIG EAST Championships (Feb. 18) ... recorded a season-best time of 1:13.52 in the ECAC Championship (March 3) in the preliminary rounds and eventually earned All-EAST honors with a sixth place finish ... 4x400-meter relay: took first place at both the Bill Ward Invitational (Dec. 8) and the Long Island Championship (Jan. 20) ... repeated as Metropolitan Champions (Jan. 26) with a time of 3:47.06 ... finished second at the competitive Millrose Games (Feb. 11) with a time of 3:45.65 ... earned All-BIG-EAST with a season-best time of 3:42.33 at the BIG EAST Championships (Feb. 18) ... awarded All-EAST honors for a 3:45.98, seventh place finish at the ECAC Championships (March 4) ... Outdoor - 400-meters: recorded a time of 56.28 seconds to place seventh at the Metropolitan Championships (April 13) ... put together a season-best effort of 55.82 seconds at the BIG EAST Championships (May 7) ... 4x400-meter relay: won first-place at the Metropolitan Championships (April 13) with a 3:46.91 effort.
At New Mexico Junior College: Ran track & field for two years ... earned the Extra Effort Award for her contributions to the team in 2011 ... named an All-American in the 400-meter for 2010 ... contributed to New Mexico Junior College[apos]s first national title at the 2010 NJCAA Indoor Championships ... part of the championship 4x400-meter relay team at the NJCAA Indoor Champions in 2011 ... received All-American recognition as part of her 4x800 relay team in 2011 ... placed sixth place in the 400-meters at the NJCAA Indoor Championships and twelfth place in the NJCAA Outdoor Championships.
