As a Redshirt Freshman (2021):
Played and started in 33 games… hit .222 with a home run and 13 RBIs… reached base at a .391 clip and slugged .324… his 0.85 walks per game ranked 33rd nationally… had five multi-hit games… stole a team-high eight bases on 10 attempts... went 1-for-3 with a walk and a run scored in the series finale against UMass Lowell, beginning a seven-game hitting streak (Feb. 28)… went 3-for-5 with three runs scored against Sacred Heart (March 6)… hit a grand slam in the series finale against the Pioneers, finishing the game with a career-high five RBIs (March 7)… batted .360 over his first seven games… recorded hits in all four of the team’s games against Fordham, including a 2-for-4 showing in the finale (March 21)… singled and scored a run against Xavier (April 11)… went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs against Villanova (May 20).
As a Freshman (2020):
College Baseball Newspaper Freshman All-American... played in all 14 games and made 13 starts for the Red Storm… hit .327, good enough for second on the team, while reaching base at a .421 clip... named the BIG EAST Player of the Week on Feb. 24 after leading the Johnnies to a series victory at Cal… hit .400 and reached base at a .538 clip on the weekend in Berkeley… recorded four three-hit performances in just 13 games with an at-bat… registered four doubles, drove in three runs and walked eight times… went 3-for-3 on stolen base attempts.
Before College:
A three-sport star at Oceanside High School… served as a team captain for both football and baseball… also played basketball… a 2017 First Team All-State selection in baseball and a two-time First Team All-State honoree for football… won the Pizzarelli Award as Nassau County’s top wide receiver… won Nassau Conference AA-I Most Valuable Player (baseball) as a junior after slashing .412/.510/.576 with 34 runs scores and 22 stolen bases.
