As a Graduate Student (2022):
Appeared in 15 games, making 10 starts… went 2-6 with one save and a 5.94 ERA… struck out 53 batters and walked 44 in 63.2 innings of work while holding opposing hitters to .263 average… fanned one batter in a hitless inning to pick up the save against Middle Tennessee State (Feb. 19)… struck out a career-high nine batters in 5.2 innings of relief work at San Francisco (March 6)… allowed no earned runs in 7.0 innings to pick up his first win of the season against Quinnipiac (March 26)… punched out eight batters in 7.0 innings in a hard-luck loss to Creighton (April 14)… did not give up an earned run in 5.2 innings to collect his second win of the season against Butler (April 22).
