As a Senior (2025 at Queens College): Appeared in 48 games during the season… batted .349 with a .554 slugging percentage… totaled 58 hits, including 11 doubles, four triples and five home runs… drove in 28 RBI and scored 38 runs… recorded 18 multi-hit games with 12 two-hit performances, five three-hit games and one four-hit game… posted a season-high four hits against Molloy on May 8… scored three runs in a game three times… drove in a season-best five RBI against Mercy on April 26.
As a Junior (2024 at Queens College): Appeared in 46 games…Earned 44 starts…Had a .302 batting average…Recorded 49 hits, 12 doubles, one triple, 22 RBI, 36 walks and 36 runs scored… 13 multi-hit games: two hits (9x), three hits (3x), four hits (Once)… Had four hits, scored two runs, two doubles, one stolen base, and one RBI in game one against Goldey-Beacom (Mar. 8).
As a Sophomore (2023 at Mt. San Jacinto College): Appeared in 37 games and batted .259… collected 37 hits, including 9 doubles and three triples… drove in 25 RBI and scored 19 runs… drew 28 walks and struck out 12 times… posted a .376 on-base percentage and .364 slugging percentage… continued to be a tough out with strong plate discipline and run production.
As a Freshman (2022 at Mt. San Jacinto College): Appeared in 31 games and posted a .316 batting average… recorded 30 hits, including 9 doubles, one triple and one home run… drove in 19 RBI and scored 12 runs… walked 22 times and struck out 11… compiled a .407 on-base percentage and .463 slugging percentage… contributed in all facets of the lineup as a reliable contact hitter and on-base presence.
Before College: Played one season of varsity baseball at Temecula Valley High School in Temecula, Calif.... appeared as an infielder.
Personal: Robert Jacobsen… son of Paul Jacobsen and Maureen Jacobsen… has two siblings, Erick Jacobsen and Jennifer Jacobsen… Erick attends the University of Washington, while Jennifer attends Wagner University… chose St. John’s to continue his athletic and academic career while playing Division I baseball and pursuing his MBA… avid fan of the New York Yankees… enjoys steak as his favorite meal… pursuing an MBA in marketing management at the Peter J.
