As a Senior (2017):
Signed a free agent minor league contract with the New York Mets after the season... made 10 appearances, six of which were starts... missed two months with injury... went 4-0 with a 1.80 ERA and one save... struck out 29 batters and surrendered 14 walks... made his first start of the season in the Red Storm's win over defending national champion Coastal Carolina, surrendering three runs in four innings and striking out four (Feb. 20)... picked up his first win of the year against UMBC, allowing no runs over 6.1 frames and striking out five (Feb. 26)... allowed just two hits, two walks and an unearned run in seven innings of work against Western Carolina, striking out a season-high seven batters and recording the victory (March 5)... surrendered no earned runs in 6.2 frames to move to 3-0 on the year in the first game of a doubleheader at Liberty (March 11)... pitched a scoreless first inning before leaving the game with injury against UMass Lowell, would not return to the bump for nearly two months (March 18)... went five up, five down and earned the win in relief to improve to 4-0 on the season against Xavier (May 14)... allowed his first earned run since Feb. 20 in three innings of one-run ball against Villanova (May 20)... threw a perfect ninth inning to record his first save of the season against Seton Hall in the BIG EAST Tournament (May 26)... allowed an unearned run in an inning of work against UNC Greensboro in the NCAA Clemson Regional (June 3).
