St. John's University
Fall 2006-present
- Third head coach in program history.
- Career record of 10-19.
- First career win a 9-3 victory at home against Lafayette (March 6, 2007).
- First career road win, 11-5, at Holy Cross (Feb. 14, 2009).
- First career win over a top-20 opponent, 10-8, at home against Georgetown (Feb. 28, 2009).
- Led program to first-ever conference victory at home against Rutgers with a 6-4 victory on March 31, 2007.
- St. John's had first-ever all-conference honoree in Tom Michaelsen (2007), and Tim LaMare (2008).
- Under his tutelage, the Red Storm had its first-ever Major League Lacrosse and National Leauge Draft pick in Tom Michaelsen (2008).
- Led St. John's to best win-record (5-8) since program reinstatement in 2005 including a 4-1 home record.
University of Massachusetts
2003-2006
- Three years as the top assistant.
- Worked with the defense and face-off units.
- Helped lead the team to its first ever NCAA National Title game in 2006.
- Minutemen defense held Maryland to just five goals in the NCAA Semifinals.
- Two athletes earned All-America honors, including Jack Reid, a Schmeisser Award finalist as the nation's top defenseman, and a first round Major League Lacrosse Draft pick.
United States Military Academy
2000-2003
- Coached under Jack Emmer, the NCAA's all-time career victory leader and National Lacrosse Hall of Famer.
- Helped Army win two Patriot League titles (2002, 2003) and post a 24-20 record.
- Earned a NCAA tournament berth in 2003 for the first time since 1997.
Rochester Institute of Technology
1999-2000
- Helped the Tigers advance to the quarterfinals of the 2000 Division III tournament.

- Served two years as an assistant Coach.
Springfield College

- Graduate Assistant Coach (1997-1999).
- Helped Springfield capture the ECAC Division III Championship (1998).
