Team Notes:

St. John's is on a season-high five-game winning streak.
The Red Storm went on a 20-4 run from the 8:45 mark in first half to the 15:24 mark in second half.
St. John's forced 19 turnovers, which resulted in 18 points.
St. John's largest lead of the contest was 22.
St. John's held Rutgers to just one 3-pointer made.
The Red Storm led the Scarlet Knights for all 40 minutes of play.
It was the sixth-straight win for St. John's over the Scarlet Knights. St. John's also defeated Rutgers, 48-44 on Jan. 6 of this year.

Individual Notes:

Senior guard Nadirah McKenith scored a game-high 21 points on 7-for-13 shooting from the field. It was the fourth time this year and eighth time in her career she has scored 20 or more points.
Junior guard Briana Brown scored 13 points, making it her 12th game this season and 13th in her career where she has scored in double-figures. She also led the Red Strom and tied a career-high with three steals.
Junior forward Mary Nwachukwu tied a career-high with five blocked shots.
Freshman guard Aliyyah Handford poured in 12 points, her 14th double-digit scoring performance of the season.
