Event Preview: 2014 St. John's Invitational, NYU Invitational

QUEENS, N.Y. - St. John's fencing will compete in two invitationals this weekend against several elite fencing programs from across the nation. On Saturday, Jan. 25, the Red Storm will travel across the East River for the NYU Invitational at the Coles Sports Center in Lower Manhattan. Columbia, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Wayne State, Yale, and host school NYU will compete in the event, which begins at 9 a.m.
The Red Storm will hop right back into action on Sunday, Jan. 26, for its annual St. John's Invitational, which begins at 10 a.m. in Taffner Field House. SJU will host Columbia, Harvard, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and Penn State. A schedule for the day's events can be found below.
