Red Storm will be back in action on Wednesday against Campbell
PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The St. John's women's tennis team fell short on Friday at Rutgers, 4-0.
The Red Storm fall to 3-3 on the season with the loss.
In the 12th all-time meeting between the two programs, the Scarlet Knight took the team doubles point, and won the first three singles matches to clinch the victory.
The Johnnies will head to North Carolina for the last two contests of this season-long five-match road trip. On Wednesday, the Red Storm will be in Buies Creek, N.C., for a 2 p.m. tilt with Campbell before facing off with UNC Wilmington on March 1.
