St. John’s Set to Face No. 5 TCU on Sunday

The Red Storm and Horned Frogs meet for first time in program history
QUEENS, N.Y. – The St. John's men's tennis team will travel to Fort Worth, Texas, to face No. 5 TCU (14-5, 3-1 Big 12) on Sunday. First serve from the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center is set for 1 p.m.
The Red Storm (13-4, 3-0 BIG EAST) enter the matchup following a loss to No. 44 Penn in Philadelphia in their most recent outing.
TCU comes into Sunday's contest having won six of its last seven matches, including four victories over top-25 opponents. The Horned Frogs are also coming off an impressive 2025 campaign in which they posted a perfect 8-0 conference record and a 27-4 overall mark, finishing one win shy of a national championship.
Maximus Dussault leads TCU with a 12-4 singles record and a 7-6 mark in doubles play across multiple partners. In dual match competition, Dussault holds a 5-2 record, primarily competing on the No. 5 and No. 6 courts.
Following Sunday's match, the Red Storm will return to action on Wednesday for a BIG EAST showdown against Georgetown in College Park, Md. First serve from the Junior Tennis Champions Center is scheduled for 9:45 a.m.
