The Red Storm third baseman's three-hit day on Sunday helped pace her team to a season-high 11 base knocks in the win.
In addition to Bowie, Rizzi continued her blistering start to the 2021 campaign in which she is hitting a league-best .500. The senior pitcher is throwing to a 1.74 ERA on the season with a 6-0 record while also hitting over .350. She has been a key cog in a Rams team that has captured seven consecutive Atlantic-10 titles.
Following the matchup with Fordham, the Red Storm will look towards a weekend series with Providence at home. The Friars (2-5, 1-2 BIG EAST) will have not played in two weeks after having their series with DePaul canceled this past weekend.
