On Saturday, the Red Storm will host its annual home meet, The Big Hurt, at DaSilva Memorial Field.
Both the Monmouth Spring Opener and The Big Hurt will kick off at 11 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
Prior to The Big Hurt on Saturday, the track & field program will be hosting a meet and great breakfast for alumni and parents in the Janetschek Athletic Center Team Room at 9:30 a.m.
St. John's will compete in Monmouth's outdoor home meet for the first time in over two decades. The Red Storm's throws squad will take the trek to The Garden State on Friday after a competitive showing at the USF Alumni Invitational on March 15-16.
